Everytime I place my order at your store, it takes forever to be served. Taking into account that most of your clients in the predominantly industrial area are coming for lunch, it normally take between 15 and 20 minutes to finally receive your food, this while the hot trays are stocked with chicken and chips. The staff are just so relaxed and never-minded and not bothered to get the food out as fast as possible. I have once experienced a Q outside your door for people waiting on food while most of the seats in the dining area are also filled with waiting people. Poor service should not be tolerated. Please go and learn from your competitors how to serve quicker and with a SMILE.
