BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I approached the teller that was open and when i got to her she showed no interest to me and turned around and spoke to the people working at the back with the food in her native language.

I waited until she was done and eventually she decided to ask my order. When i placed my order she took her own time prepairing the krushers but was speaking to Anathi who was helping another customer, however the talks were so loud it sounded like they shouting at each other and one for the other staff members had to tell them to quiet down and help the clients. Even after the remider from the staff member they still continued with the talk.

When Anathi was finshed with her order, her client informed her you should finish with your customer 1st before you start chatting.

I feel machines would do a better job assisting me in kfc.

I have contacted the manager of the store today while speaking with him for a while the call got cut, there was no attempt from the manager to contact me after the call was cut, hows that for customer service.

As much as I enjoy kfc food, I feel that id rather go to chicken lickin or hungry lion
