I wished to pay a huge compliment to the 2 employees that served us at Ambeans in Tygervalley. Their attitude and warmth that exuded at that hour of the day was refreshing and truly welcomed. They shared smiles, engaged in some friendly conversation that went a long way to easing us into the wonderful coffee that we had.
If more companies could have such friendly and efficient staff, and focus on the training of their staff in customer relations, it would go a long way to fixing our dire lack of customer service that we experience more often than we should in our country.
