I went to Boston BBQ on Friday night 25 January 2103. The food was bad and seems to cater mainly for the black customers. The only decent item was the prawns. I had to wait an hour in the queue and when it was my time to get served they told me the prawns were finished. There was no other food that I wanted as it was all cold and dried out. Eben the roasts were overcooked. I left my drink and having only had a starter I went to the manager to compain. He did not even have the decency to answer me. They made me pay for a meal that I did not even have before I could leave. This is the worst services that I ever had. I will never go there again. I will also tell everybody I knoiw that they should stay clear of Boston BBQ. I need to get the number for the franchise head offiice as I wuold like to lay a complaint with them as well.
