Incompetent staff damaging the KFC Brand

Our offices is situated in the Capricorn business park and I have been silent for too long. I have been working here since 2009 and the only choice outside the business park is KFC, McDonalds and Pick n Pay. I have chosen not to eat McDonalds for the past two years so naturally my first choice is KFC. I have had MANY bad experiences at this branch but have not complained. I work all over the cape and I visit many KFC branches so I know what is to be expected. This KFC gives small cups with regular meals instead of Regular cup even though the advertising above the cash-desk states that: All meals are served with REGULAR drinks. They ignore this, the drive through function is ridiculous and I just came from there now. After paying I was asked to park; after parking for 10 minutes I reversed back into the drive through only to be told they do not know what my order is. After telling them my order a lady walks up and asks me to park???!!! Everyone who came after me was leaving before me!! The manager was outside trying to rectify a school boy mistake made with another client., this is ridiculous! Nothing is or has changed since four months back! Head office get involved!!!
