I had the pleasure of eating at African Swiss last frida establishment for the gypsy fest last week Friday. Everything was amazing till I sent back a very poorly made, over cooked rock hard lamb shank to the kitchen- specifying to the waiter that I no longer wanted the dish
Instead he kept insisting on a doggy bag which I continued to refuse.
What is that about? Do paying customers have no option to change their mind? Are your staff trained to be abrasive to customers?
When it came to paying for our party of 4 bill- we where still charged for the item which has not been eaten? My friend was yelled at about how dare she speak ill about the food at African Swiss, and the lamb shank was then brought out and tasted in front of her to prove a point?!
All this In front of other guest at that!
What happened to the customer is always right?
The owner managers behaviors left a really bad taste in our mouth and was memorable to say the least.
