I regularly eat at Nandos at Mall at Carnival. Every time I go there, the service is outstanding. The cashiers are always well informed and always smiling. The time taken to prepare food is just amazing. The waiters are always friendly and respectful of your needs. I find the place always clean and hygienic. On 29.08.2013 I went there in the evening and there was a manager there who walked around talking and interacting with every single customer. That is now what makes an outlet stand out.
