Mr Wu was booked at Forget me Not guesthouse for 27 & 28 June 2013.
He was booked by Ocean Basket Lydenburg (the booking was for him only). On the morning of the 28 June 2013 we discovered that the previous night he had a lady in his room and that the linnen was smeared with blood, it was discusting. I immediately reported the incident and the manager at Ocean Basket Lydenburg phoned me back after several minutes and told me he reported the incident at head office and they said to him to tell me to bring him the receits for the replacement of the linnen as wel as an invoice for the stay of the lady so it can be paid by mr. Wu. After numerious cals from me to Ocean Basket (and their promises that this damages WILL BE PAID), I havn't received any payment! The currant manager always said to me that he will take it up with mr. Wu and that he will phone me back. Needless to say, no calls from them to me and still no payment for the damages caused by mr Wu. I don't see why I must waste more money on phone calls to this people, they must honour their promise. Their staff can't cause damages and then just ignore the fact that they must pay for the damages!
