My mother, grandma and I decided to go to Ocean Basket. My gran ordered a port. It was served as a tot in a champagne glass. When we asked the manager why it was so little, he said that they don't have port glasses and his boss says they serve a 20ml tot.
I've worked in the industry for 5 years and find this a joke.
