I went into the KFC at the Chatsworth Centre, were I place an order for a family feast, choosing 3 sides, one of which was pops. the young lady who assisted me had also had a very bad attitude and was not friendly at all, she proceeded to packaging my pops when a few feel out onto the counter and floor, she then picked them up and put them into the box, sealed the box and placed them into my bag, where the rest of the order was, I found this utterly disgusting and very unhygienic and if I hadn't seen what she had done, or wasn't paying attention, I would have went home and eaten. staff need to be taught basic hygiene and to be friendly to customers.
