SHOCKING HYGIENE PRACTICES IN KITCHEN AREA

Besides the fact that it took over 20 minutes to place my order (I was 3rd in line), I had another long wait for my very simple order - two small sprinkle pops and 2 regular chips. After inquiring about the where-about of my order, I was reluctantly told that they are still waiting for it from 'the back'. From the counter I had a clear view of 'the back' and could see an employee opening an oven and checking on the pops. What shocked me was that in stead of using a kitchen utensil, he used his bare hands to transfer the pops from the oven to the pops box/holder. I immediate objected to my food being handled in such a way, BUT was treated with an attitude of "what's your problem? ". Not an explanation, no apology, just attitude. I asked for my money back and had to insist on being refunded the FULL amount I had paid. Question is what else is being skimped on in the kitchen? What hygiene practice do KFC promote? Needless to say, I WILL NEVER EVER buy KFC again.
