I have had just about enough of KFC in Malvern. We do not visit it without there being an issue. if it isn't that there is something missing, then here is under cooked food, waters down soda or old chips. They have completely turned me off from KFC. Yesterday was just the last straw. and complaining doesn't help, they look at you like you speaking french and do nothing about it. And even when they do, replacing it is not a good enough answer anymore, because it is my petrol and my time, i have to use, to have these mistakes and problems rectified.
Is KFC just going to get worse? Are the Owners not at all going to start taking a look at what happens in their franchises?
