I would like to thank the customer service team at Pigalle restaurant for responding to me so quickly re an incident we had with them on Saturday evening 3 August 2013. I have received emailed communication and a telephone call from the owner (Victor) to try to remedy the service level situation that they got wrong at the end of our dining experience with them. I have accepted the offer to go back there again - soonish, so that we can end off our dining experience a bit better this time round. Thank you for your honesty and understanding. Like I said, the team got it 90% right, its just the remaining 10% (being "forgotten" & hurriedly ushered out) that wasn't acceptable. Like I have said before the food was excellent, and we will be back to sample a few more items off their menu.
