Being a regular customer, who frequents this establishment on at least a fortnightly basis, i was deeply disappointed. Last week I purchased a meal for two which was completely inedible (far too salty, stale food, reheated). I called the restaurant immediately and told one of the owners. He was deeply apologetic and offered me a credit for my next order. Tonight i called in to order and was rudely told by the owner's son that he would not replace the meal. He said that I should have brought the original meal as proof, even though his father had not said so. I informed him of such, telling him I was a regular customer and had been promised a rectification by his father. The telephone conversation ended acrimoniously and I will sadly never frequent Shanhenshah again. The food was below par, but mostly the attitude of the owner's son was reprehensible. Deeply saddened.
