I work in this centre on a daily basis. and love KFC, however, due to tygervalleys KFC, customer service and quality of their zinger wings, I will not go back. I don't understand how Bothasigs KFC zinger wings, can be fresh and large and not as if its two days old, and fried till dry. and Bothasig is as fhresh as anything. I, and other colleagues have spoken to the area manager ; Tina, as well as showing her the zinger wings from Bothasig KFC, she still says that they all follow the same cooking procedure. the pieces u get at Tygervalley centre is one small wing broken in two, and they count that as two individual pieces. and the service is slow, especially the breakfast service. knowing people that go at that time of morning, obviously work in the centre and have to be at work, they have one member of staff in the front to serve the line . absolutely shocking.
