I reported the EXTREMELY horrendous service i received at KFC at one of their branches in PE on 1st March. What happened was, I used the drive through option and ended up waiting for about 40 mins for my food. after waiting in the car, i walked inside to find out what was happening and the cashiers and managers would not assist me or give me a reason as to why the food was taking so long. They then called me a week later to express their apologies and told me that the complaint has been escalated to their head office. Its now a month later and i still have not received any feedback from them. Its not suprising that their customer feedback is so bad because it mirrors the service they provide. To this day, I havent purchased anything from KFC because of that branch.
