Im very disappointed with mug and been balito as my wife and have been eating every Sunday for the last 4 months there last night I drove all the way from la lucia to balito caused we like the place. And when we got there at mug and bean balito doors at 7:55pm then the waiter says the kitchen is closed and refused to let us in. If nothing gets done about this I will lay a formal complaint with a superior of the franchise.
