Poor service and bad attitude

The waitress was not efficient and we had to call her back a number of times. She dumped the plates on the table and we had to call her to get some condiments. Some of the items ordered were out of stock. No alternatives were suggested. Take it or leave it. Apparently the juices specified on the menu have been out of stock for some time. The muffin had excessive bicarboonate in and the croissant with egg and bacon was a miniature and served without any garnishings etc for R 40. When this was reported to the manager, he did not make any apology or suggestion and said it was fine when we stated that we would take the matter further. Maybe this is why the place is empty.
