Bad attitude and service ongoing H/O don't care

I have had repeated issues with this store in particular! I have been to chicken lickens around the country and I must say Cape Town rocks, they are accommodating to the needs of the customer but for some reason I find that the attitude in Durban really. The service in Gateway is so slow your hunger will diasppear while you wait. My biggest issue with them is that they give you such measly pieces, seriously I am paying for it, but why paint all the sites with the same brush when this is just the one store that gives me the attitude and then I make the grand mistake of going on the website and posting my complaint, no real response and thats the head office. When someone eventually calls its with the same terrible attitude, I then went on facebook and complained and they were too quick to put a response there but I am still waiting for proper feedback on my last visit to the store where I was denied decent piecesof chicken. If I am paying for something i expect to get the full value of it. If it is a standard where pieces are specific, then why do some stores do it and some don't? If 5 stores can do it why can't Gateway? And if want me to prove it, I can.
