Worst KFC experience at Northriding

I checked in to the KFC Northriding branch at 23h30 last night, 29 June.
I have never experienced such bad service at any fast food store in my life.
Besides the very foul smell in the whole restaurant, what dissapointed me the most was the unprofessional attitude from the staff. Off duty or off shift staff members were smooching and doing obscene things in front of waiting customers. Other staff including the security guard were making noise and distracting on duty members from doing their job.
After waiting 20 mins for my food, I left without anything but frustrations. The store manager Joseph did nothing to control his staff and the situation.

Please sort your staff out. This is average embarrassing.
