I just returned from Kauai Food Bar that just opened a 2 weeks ago in Kenilworth Centre, thought I would buy a sandwhich as a president was set by Blue Route Food Bar, and a very high one compared to this one... and also use them for future business catering needs. What a Disaster!! I opened the very beautifully packaged sandwhich to and take a bite, only to find the entire roll drenched in runny mayo sauce, 4 / 5 pieces of chicken and a ton of lettuce with Avo hiding between. I was very dissappointed not to mention put off by this expensive sandwhich. I called the store back, and a lady who claimed to be the manager, (I doubt, cause I saw the owner / manager serving customers) and explained to her what was presented before me, she apologised and said that they could not assist me because they put a proportion on all sandwhiches and cant add to my portion??? Hellooo?? you just opened a store 'yesterday' and you turning away unsatisfied customers, not to mention business... Is this also part of the consumers act?? I highly doubt it... well, they will NOT be seeing me and I WILL be broadcasting this to all my colleagues here and family at home!
