After 4 years of being a regular patron of Cosa Nostra my husband and I went and spent R170 on takeaway pizzas: One Hawain and One Four Seasons yesterday once we got home we where dismally dissapointed so I called the owner to complain about no Oregano or salt on a horrible soggy pizza and he was so rude I got in my vehicle: and even took a packet of dry Oregano that I had at home in stock with: Upon returning the pizzza's the first thing the owner said was to loudly scream at me in front of his customers no refund nio refunds------I hadnt even asked for a refund but proceeded to leave hungry - un reimbursed and angry. If people want to have resturaunts in the service industry they shouldnt carry on like Mafia bosses and tyrants just apologise for poor quality. And I refuse to leave this issue!
