Last night (22 June 2013), at or about 20:20, my friends and I were at KFC Three Rivers getting a meal. We were having a friendly chat with the cashier that was serving us and having an innocent laugh. One of the clients next to us went on to swear at us telling us to keep quiet. We asked her politely not to swear at us and to that request she responded with more vulgarity. The situation escalated and a chap by the name of Riaan, who was behind the counter when all of this started, proceeded to the front of the counter and told my friends and I, and not the lady who started all the drama, to leave the establishment.
I am moved by how Riaan handled this whole situation because have he been fair he would have told the instigator, not us, to leave. From where I was standing it looked like he was taking her side purely because they have the same skin colour.
