Can you not get the baiscs right

I work next door to the Business Centre and the Cafe is quite convenient to grab a quick brekkie or lunch.
In the last two months however, the service, lack of stock, raw food and getting orders incorrect is becoming a problem.

We have complained to mangement and yet, the disgusting service continues.
