Food stuffed in Small Brown Bag

I just came from your store in Silver Lakes (Hazeldean centre) and I'm very upset with the food and the service and will be going to Hello Peter as well!!!

I bought a small chips and Calamari Half Portion and Granadilla Soda.

The chips is OLD!!!
The calamari was forced into a small brown paper bag, when I open it, all the dough of the calamari was of as it was forced of!!!

I stood with a handbag, one other parcel and the soda in one hand and food in the other, I asked for a bag and the rude lady said no, only if I pay 50c. look I don't mind to pay 50c put offer the clients a bag if you see them struggling!!!

The cashier didn't even greet me when I came in.!!!

I usually buy at the store in Jacaranda centre in Rietfontein and I must say the service there is tops!!!

I just waisted R48.50 on your store!!! I want to go back but why waist fuel to give something back that was supposed to be quality!!!

Im very uset as it was my first time there, and will be the LAST!!!
