Sat around 11am I went to romans to order 2 pizzas, I ordered a large sweet chilli chic and a bbq spare rib, thick base.
I returned about 20mins later to collect, there was nobody standing behind the counter, the one who helped me when I placed the order was standing having a chit-chat in the kitchen with one of her co-workers, not working at all, she clearly saw me but continued talking and ignored me, 2 mins later she had to respond when the phone rang, annoyed I asked her where my pizza was, to which she responede its in the kitchen, at the same moment another co-worker came with a box from the kithcen with a sweet chilli and chicken and spare rib thick base in it, she asked for my order and said that it is mine, I checked the box and it was what I ordered.
I left the shop to be confronted at my car by the worker who ignored me, who at that stage shouted at me that it is not my pizzas, she grabed the box out of my car where I had already put it down on the back seat and walked back to the shop, I stood there in asthonishment for a min to when she returned with 2 cold pizza of the same order but thin based, she stuffed it in my hand and walked away, im disgusted by what I received
