I visited the KFC at Bluff Towers yesterday afternoon. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Not only did I have to wait a good twenty minutes for food that was already prepared and just needed to be packaged, but I had to constantly remind the cashier/ teller of what went into each meal and what was being left out. Furthermore, when i asked for the Famous Bowl, I was told that they did not have it even though it was being advertised in the store. To top it off, the chicken was over salted. Afterwards, I headed off to the Montclair branch for a Famous Bowl, where I was greeted with a friendly smile and excellent service. The staff at the Bluff KFC are clearly not trained well enough and seem to be apathetic towards their jobs. I will not be visiting this branch again. They should take some tips from their neighbouring KFC branches like Montclair and Edwin Swales. Disappointment from a well-loved fast food outlet.
