Quality - Put off

I was served hard and stale fries which just seemed to have been warmed up at the drivethru. I called the franchise, lame response (manager is not in???) I called head office they said they would give me feedback within 48 hours as well as an sms after the call. I did not get feedback nor did I get an sms after the call. I must say its rather dissapointing
