My husband & I decided while shopping to pop in for a quick meal at Kauai. We ordered a cappuccino, smoothie, muffin & 2 wraps. We paid at the counter & went to sit with our little buzzer. We received our muffin and drinks within about 2 minutes of sitting down. After waiting for just over half an hour my husband was getting impatient so he got up to ask at the counter where our order was. He was told that it had not been started yet and that they couldn't find our slips. The manager was there and did apologize and refunded our money after we asked. He said he would find out what happened and get our order out in 5 minutes. We did not have the time to spare any longer so we demanded our money back. However, the manager did not seem overly concerned about the situation and definite lack of service to his customers. It was extremely annoying, frustrating and disappointing as I am a Sales Manager and this would not be tolerated in our industry - we would do everything to ensure that the customer walked away happy and satisfied even after something like this. We walked away annoyed & unsattisfied. He took the slip back & gave our money back for just the wraps.
