Pizza boys Durban North produced disgusting and shocking service on the 28 May 2013. I placed an order of 16 pasta none of which were correct. Veg pastas were ordered for religious reasons and both had chicken in them, the incorrect labels were on the pastas, the order was late, the branch ran out of fettuccini, wrong pasta was used, the sauce was weak, did not follow specific instructions for the additional chilli. Feedback from the store was completely unsatisfactory!!!
I order every Tuesday from the same branch and to receive such pathetic service is absolutely disappointing. I was not even able to get the owner's details to log this complaint directly with him.
Bad service is disappointing enough BUT to receive meat in a veg order is downright negligent and disgusting!!! Pizza Boys should be more vigilant when making food and definitely have a better complaint system.
I have 16 completely unhappy people and the owner Greg Crews should have better feedback for these people than what we received at the store.
I will not be ordering from this store anymore and I suggest no there people take that chance!!!
