Phoned the call centre 12/05/13, informing or suggesting to them: 1. There should be counter menus for people with visual disability as they cannot see the menu that is at a distance. 2. There should also be beef/vegetarian and not only chicken in their breakfast meals. What about people who do not eat chicken or are vegetarian. Dis not receive ref no. same time but @ 3:03am, 14/05 whilst once is fast asleep. This is unreasonable time to send sms's. Then today I receive sms to say my query is resolved. How can they close the query without contacting me. It was done be Janine Hoosain. This is unacceptable. They should have contacted me to discuss. Does Mcdonalds not cater for all i.e vegetarians and people with disabilities.
