Well in response to my last complaint about Roman's Weltevreden not having thick base, which i believe me complaining is called for due to it being four times in a row, well i get a call from someone from Romans, im not expecting anything i just want them to manage their stock more efficiently, they offer me a voucher. I accepted, i was told to go and pick it up it will be waiting for me! Well i get there its not there, and another man says sorry to come back another day! So i go back again tonight, what a waste of petrol cause they don't know who i was or what vouchers. So not only do Romans not have stock of a product they are known for, they don't actually like their customers. Now will have to find a new pizza place for our weekly fix
