I'm so frustrated with standard bank and at this level, am taking this through to Ombudsman should you not respond in 24hours. I have settled your accounts about three (3) weeks ago and to date, ITC still say's i owe you. I want to buy a vehicle and guess what, I can only qualify for a minimum because I'm over committed and reality is, I'm not because I have paid you in FULL!!!
I have been banking with you for over 15years now and with this pathetic service, am even considering closing my account with you as well. You better jump the gun because a lot is at stake here. I'm expecting you to clear my name asap and allow
