I was overwhelmed by the level of service and commitment that this lady showed, and i must admit i wasnt an easy person to deal with as i ask all sort of questions and really streched her knowlwdge and understanding of 1life procedures and regulations and she was calm and relax and really gave straight forward answers.
no one is really happy when buying insurance but she made it easy to make this important decision
