Dealt with Bongani Baloyi and Manager Sylvia from Trade Route mall Maponya mall, cause I was never paid out to run my moms funeral had to ask an undertaker to do it on credit which effected my so much and, cos so much stress in my life and during that mourning process.

My mom was buried on the 13/04/13 still no payout was made.
I managed to speak with Lesley Masilo on the 15/04/3 than only was I told the claim was never captured and I called the claims office daily and was told everyday the claim is in process.
I only received the funds 15/04/13 at 10am thanks to Lesley Masilo
I need a urgent response on this matter and compensation for the inconvenience caused and the additionbal costed incurred.
