Wrong Date deduction

Clientele has been continously deducting my account on the wrong date, when i initial signed my contract with them a year ago, it was clearly stated that the Debit date is the 26th of each month, but they have decided to deduct my account on different date, this illegal, i have called several times and nothing get done about my dr order, the only thats left for me it to ask the bank to block the dr order, as i not winning with them
