Melvyn to the rescue once again!

I had a problem with banking fees on an overdraft business account, and Melvyn gave me an opportunity to express my frustration, and promised to deal with my query;which he did.

He always kept me informed and not once blamed me for fault, Id just like to take this opportunity to thank him for his assistance bearing in mind this is not the first time he has helped.

FNB- the man is trully an asset to the company.
