This is my 3rd complaint that I am lodging against Blue Bean Card. I still have not received any detailed breakdown of my payments due since I lodged my first complaint on the 31st January 2013. My e-mails requesting information on the status of the query is being totally disregarded. Lodge a complaint with obsa and they refer you back to the bank??? How is that resolving the issue. In the meantime insane amounts are being required for payment and no explanation. Is that ethical behavior?
