UNAWARE OF CREDIT CARD UPGRADE

I logged into my internet banking yesterday to find that my credit card was unavailable. I called your call centre to find out that my blue credit card was cancelled and no longer available and I was upgraded to a gold credit card and that my card was at Sandridge service centre from 27/02. This is actually quite disappointing and frustrating as
1. I was not informed about the upgrade
2. I was not made aware that my new card was at Sandridge

I really don't understand how this is possible, as I am a client and should be advised of such matters before being processed. I have emailed Matshediso Maphumulo, who assisted me successfullyon my previous complaint, at your Sandridge service centre on Fri, 05/04 and to date I am still awaiting feedback

If I had not gone into internet banking i would have not known about the cancellation of my old card which is still valid till 2017 and the upgrade and that my card is at sandridge, which by the way i had to call teh call centre and being transfered from dept to dept. thsi is my work time & work phone that i was using

If i was made aware and forgot i apologise in advance but i need proof thereof & i need to know what occurred.
