ABSA HOME OWNERS INSURANCE- BAD SERVICE

Re: Complaint due to poor service from ABSA insurance. Property : 31 Essenhout street, Phalaborwa.

During last year November we experienced a very bad storm and huge damages were caused by the storm.
Firstly I had to wait more than 3 months after many phone calls, threats and complaints Absa started to do some repairs which were not done correctly. The one section of the roof is still leaking, there are still electrical shorts in the electrical system and paint work in the kitchen is not completed. And up to today is still not fixed after many calls to ABSA.
Now after a second assessor was at my property, my claim for the damaged floor tiles and the electricity system in the roof was also rejected because to his opinion the house was constructed wrongly and the tiles were laid wrongly. How can tiles be laid wrong? After the floor is chipped and cleaned from rubble and dust, tile adhesive is applied and the tiles are laid on the floor. THIS DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. I want to know what qualifications and experience this person has and on what grounds can he make such a decision on building plans that have approved by the Local Municipality building inspectors.
