399 taken and no repsonse for three weeks

When they received my payment they were sending sms to forward all dosuments which i scanned, paid r399 fee still they havent contacted or no feedback, what a scamming company, if 10 customers pay r400 in a day that r4000 a day.thats r120 000 a month for sitting and sdoing nothing for us ripp offs
