I took up an isurance cover for my car and household. I phoned around the 22nd and asked them to cancell since my current incurance gave me a better rate. The call centre agent said someone will call me, no one called and I took it for granted that they will cancell regardless. To my surprise, they still debited the prmium and I am now inconvinienced. I need this reversed ASAP.
