What a load of helpless bottom feeders. They get paid to phone me daily. They cannot give me ANY details, they say they are only allowed to correspond on the phone and they can only send me proof of my debt once I pay?! How is this a service or helpful or even useful!! It is like talking to a mildly sentient rock... if you can ever get hold of them. I don't even have any idea what this debt is about and no one will send me anything, I am simply told to pay up or be blacklisted. Their phone number doesn't work. No emails are answered. I am expected to take calls at work and listen to a 30 minute diatribe of "Mr Peraaat you must pay. just pay. just pay." I cannot actually take calls at work but no, that's no problem, I must just make a plan.
I am seething!!! I have never been faced with such a wasted piece existence in all my life. In addition to this I am 100% certain that once I can get this sorted I'll have to pay a load of equally nonsensical fees. k that I say. ITC BA, you are, without a doubt, the most worthless and filthy institution ever to lurk in the stagnant gutters of society.
Would someone please help me rid my life of this hopeless lot of legitimate conmen.
