NO FEEDBACK AFTER ALMOST 2 MONTHS

My wife lost her work, so I have to pay for all the accounts. On the 31.01.2013, I send a request, that the bank must skip my payments for 3 months, so that I can pay the account, that my wife always handles and then they must take that outstanding amounts and work it, into the outstanding amount on my bond and send me the new amount I must pay every month. On the 1st, I phone the number, to confirm if they received it and they did received it, but I didn't sign it, so I signed the letter en re-fax it again to the same numbers. On the 4th of February I phoned again to confirm if they received the letter and I spoke to Tato and they did received the letter and they will forward it to the people who is handling these cases. After a week I started to phone every morning to confirm what the status is on this request and every time they tell me, they still working with it and that they have a backlog and they will phone me on the 28th February. I asked them, my debitoders is going off in the 25th of every month, so there will not be enough money in my account, if the debitoders is going off. They told me, if there is not enough money in my account, they will refund me and refund penalty
