Debitting my bank account though not Unilaw Client

2 of my FNB Loan accounts handed over to Unilaw Nov12. Dec 15th my account was debitted for both loans. Jan 13 FNB moves my accounts to AraGroup. End of Jan my issue is not concluded. Unilaw claiming both loans still with them. FNB clarifies that loans have been moved to AraGroup. Unilaw promises to cancel debit orders but never did. Jan, Feb. I incurr bank charges for the return of their debit orders meaning they have not cancelled. I wrote an email to Primrose on 4Feb about 2 debit order returns @R115 each, she never replied. 22Mar I sent her an email for Feb charges incurred x1 debit order return @ R115. I want them to CANCEL the debit orders, refund me R345 for the bank charges incurred. My FNB loan accounts are both with ARAGroup now and I am happy with the service.
