Isn't it amazing how RCS will phone you non stop if you are a few days late with your payment but heaven forbid you should need something from them, it falls upon deaf ears! Why do they bother having a 'contact us' section on their website if they never reply to the requests!! What exactly am I paying a HUGE monthly account fee for? So that I can get ignored? Clearly it is too much effort for people to do their jobs!!
