I was hijacked on 09-12-2012 and my car was damaged during the recovery from the hijackers. The car was at the police pound till 03-01-2013 due to investigations. My car was then released on 04-01-2013 and my claim was authorised on 28-01-2013 but till today there is no progress on the repairs. I have called metal autobody countless times and all i got from them was that my car is still in the stripping department. I mean its been almost 2 months since the authorisation but nothing has been done till now. Anderson has not made no effort to check on the progress of the repairs or anything while they claim to give their clients a peace of mind. They are very inconsiderate and do not care about their clients at all.
