Exactly 2 weeks ago (18 February 2013) I contacted the Mutual and Federal contact centre for a No Claims letter. I thought this would be a hassle free request. At first I was told that I would receive the letter from the administrative department by the end of the day - nothing came through. So I phoned the next day to only end up with the same result. I phoned a third time and was told that I should not have been told that I would get the letter by the end of the day as the process usually takes about 3 working days. It has now been 2 weeks with no results or feedback and I am highly frustrated that a simple request could not be delivered!!
