Dear First For Women
Having always enjoyed warm, friendly service from yourselves when I have called to upgrade my policy or insure a new gadget, I was caught completely unawares when I placed my very first insurance claim with First For Women.
Unfortunately it started on a sour note when I was put through to what appeared to be a rather rude, unenthusiastic, bored customer services representative, Meghan Bennet. Through out our conversation, Meghan remained abrupt, rude, discourteous, disrespectful and just completely unwilling to help. I was definitely more of a complete inconvenience to her than a client.
Subsequent conversations were no better, although I did try to be warm and friendly, but it just wasn't going to happen. What a disservice and let down Meghan is to the rest of your team, who are always so lovely, friendly and well mannered on the phone.
