My debit order didnt go off this month and I didnt know why. I called the customoercare and I spoke to a very helpful guy called Brian who informed me that I had been debited twice the previous montyh due to me changing accounts. He asked me to go check my statements and get back to him, which and I did. He was effiecent and helpful and clear, and I am very chuffed that I now have extra monhey this month without even knowing it :) very good service and friendly service.
